Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of your first payment
- The request is for your initial subscription purchase (not a renewal)
- Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
The 30-day window begins on the date your first payment is successfully processed, not from the start of a free trial.
How to request a refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request (optional but helpful)
- Our support team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day
You do not need to provide a detailed justification. However, feedback helps us improve the Service for everyone.
Processing time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Renewal payments: refunds are available only for the first 30 days after your initial payment. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible.
- Terms of Service violations: accounts terminated due to abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks: if you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may not be able to process a refund.

Partial refunds and mid-cycle cancellation
If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day refund window:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle
- You retain full access to all features until the billing period ends
- Your MCP servers will continue to function until the subscription expires
